“The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot.”

…and so, it was September.

Summer saw Inception take its first hiatus, as we embarked on Warped Tour 2017 with our pals Creeper. Many purple and black t-shirts were slung, Monster tour waters guzzled and stunning sweaty sets seen.

But with us now back in the office and ready for action, we are already rolling on a few campaigns, with more soon to launch…

I The Mighty:

ITheMighty Artwork

The San Francisco alt-rockers made a mammoth announcement at the end of August detailing a new record, revealing it’s lead single with accompanying video and detailing new live dates. 11 tracker ‘Where The Mind Wants To Go / Where You Let It Go’ will see release via Rude Records on 20th October. ‘Silver Tongues’ is the first track to be released (here) and features Tilian of Dance Gavin Dance fame, with vocalist Brent Walsh saying: “This album is the culmination of years of inspiration and energy… we couldn’t be more excited to begin this next chapter with “Silver Tongues”. Tilian has been a friend whose art we’ve greatly appreciated for some time now and we’re thrilled to have him as such a prominent part of a song we felt so close to.” The band return to the UK in December, in support Bayside, on the following shows: December 6 @ Garage, London | December 7@ Academy 3, Manchester | December 8 @ Cathouse, Glasgow, UK | December 9 @ O2 Institute 3, Birmingham.

Teller - Victoria (Single) Artwork

Newcomers Teller recently formed from a previous project and they mean business: “We have a past, we have made mistakes. This is the story, this is Teller,” declares vocalist Robin Adams. Following it’s premiere on Alex Baker’s Fresh Blood show on Kerrang! Radio, the band have unveiled their debut single ‘Victoria’ here. Recorded with their good friend Adam “Nolly” Getgood (Architects, Periphery, Sikth) at Middle Farm Studios, the band describe it as “the perfect song to make our debut. We feel it introduces and demonstrates the band’s intense, energetic sound, coupled with strong melodic hooks.” The Leeds quartet takes to the stage at Underground Festival this Sunday.
